Accounts

Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Access is granted upon successful payment.
- Billing cycle and fees are disclosed at checkout before you confirm payment.
- Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Refunds: where required by law or if explicitly offered, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account.
Content and IP
Courses and materials are licensed for your personal use. Redistribution is not permitted.
- License: non-transferable, revocable, limited license for personal, non-commercial use.
- Restrictions: do not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display our materials without permission.
- Feedback: suggestions you submit may be used by us without obligation to you.
Acceptable Use
- No unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass access controls.
- No uploading of malware, harmful code, or content that infringes rights or violates laws.
- No harassment, hate speech, or abuse toward staff or community members.
- Respect rate limits and fair-use thresholds communicated in product interfaces.
Limitations
The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected immediately.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: where not prohibited, these Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction or, if specified during checkout, the jurisdiction disclosed there.
- Informal Resolution: contact us first to attempt to resolve any issue in good faith.
- Arbitration/Class Waiver: to the extent permitted, disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class or representative action.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, features, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by other reasonable means and become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
